A special one-of-a-kind that represents an absolute specialty among kitchen knives - a deep hand engraving on a large thinly ground knife is not only a great challenge in terms of craftsmanship, but also involves a great risk. The engraving, which alone took 23 hours of work, had to be carried out before heat treatment - a step in which always entails the risk of irreparable damage to the blade.
