The Bunka 102Cr6 Modular Takedown combines flexible modular design with the cutting performance of classic carbon steel. Made from 102Cr6 (1.2067) and hardened to 63 HRC, the blade offers excellent edge retention, fine sharpness, and easy resharpening.  
 
With a 168 mm cutting edge and a 52 mm height, the Bunka is ideal for fast, precise cuts. The K-Tip allows for delicate work, while the taper from 5.00 mm at the bolster to 1.20 mm near the tip ensures a balanced feel. The flat grind reduces cutting resistance and, with a blade weight of only 110 g, results in effortless cutting.  
 
This is a very small series of four nearly identical knives. Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, minimal variations in dimensions and patterns may occur in the individual blades.
 
As part of our Modular Takedown System, the blade is manufactured separately and can be flexibly combined with all compatible takedown handles. The handles are made to order, so production and shipping can take 2-4 weeks:
