The Belgischer Brocken Whetstone is a premium natural sharpening stone characterized by its extremely fine (6000 grit) yet effective sharpening action. The embedded garnet crystals ensure controlled material removal and a clean, razor-sharp finish. Due to its natural formation, every stone is unique in color, texture, and exact dimensions.


We finish all of our knives on these stones to achieve the perfect edge for the kitchen. This is a "Splash & Go" stone, meaning it does not require soaking; it only needs a few drops of water before use.


Additionally, a sharpening stone holder is available in our shop, which secures the stone firmly in place and prevents any frustrating slipping.
