This knife was made by Tobias as a showpiece during a course. The focus of the work is on the performance of the chef's knife. The robust longitudinal satin finish is waiting for a beautiful patina to be formed, which will make the three-layer construction more visible with use. The thinly ground cutting edge and the core layer made of ApexUltra convince with their fine sharpness and excellent edge retention.
